To maintain our 24/7 service standards, each dedicated plumber services a maximum of approximately five member buildings within a close geographic service area, generally within one mile. You will receive an email shortly confirming whether your property qualifies for immediate enrollment or placement on our waiting list.

If approved, we will send your Service & Maintenance Agreement. After acceptance, our team will provide a secure bank-authorization link through our payment provider. Do not email banking details or a void check.

Additional qualifying repair labor

Boiler flushing and steam trap cleaning are included maintenance in all plans; boiler chemical treatment is included in Platinum and Diamond. Boiler repairs and replacement are excluded unless specifically included in a written proposal or agreement.

Your plan’s member labor rate is associated with each participating building’s account and applies only to qualifying work inside that building.

Nonstop Plumbers primarily uses professional flat-rate pricing. The $499/hour regular equivalent rate is used for repair-labor comparisons; enrolled properties receive the special member labor rate for qualifying services.

The special hourly rate applies to these qualifying services inside the building. Repair labor is additional to the monthly membership fee, and materials are billed separately.
